process-1

1. DISCUSSION

We strive to understand the core performance requirements that are most important to the owner. Armed with that information, we begin to shortlist possible models and equipment. This may involve several conversations and is a key stage in the process. We want to get it right!

process-2

2. SPECIFICATION

The structural and engineering elements are defined and we will discuss the details and expected performance in differing scenarios. Engine and propulsion systems, deck superstructure and various arrangements will all be explored.

process-3

3. BUSINESS

Project cost and budget are available for discussion. It is important to us that the implications of a particular choice and the understanding of the budget is a transparent process. Modification and changes take us to the point where there is agreement and the project can be queued.

process-4

4. CONSTRUCTION

A construction schedule is put in place and project milestones will be key points for owner involvement. Larger projects will often have owner input with final layout and aesthetic considerations in the final phase.

process-5

5. SEA TRIAL TEST

Factory sea-trialing and testing will be followed by an owner sea-trial and acceptance.

process-6

6. DELIVERY

Vessel pickup or shipment to an agreed point. And now…a boat-load of fun!
